Job Title:  Sales Officers (5 Post) Mpanda, Bariadi, Biharamulo,Mbeya, Morogoro.. Report to:  Zonal Managers.
Duties and responsibilities

  • Organizing and conducting sales visits/trips, demonstrating and presenting products to the current and potential customers.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Schedule and follow through on calls and emails with leads and current customers
  • Maintains quality service by following and enforcing organization standards, proper handling of customer complaints and providing the best customer services.
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Record and maintaining accurate records, prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information


  •   Should hold at least form four Certificate.
  • Must have a valid driving license of at least E class with at least three years’ experience in driving light trucks.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to managers and staff across the full range of HR work and contribute to the successful delivery of company Human Resource function through supporting and reflecting the organisation’s core values and objectives.
  •       Responsible for the company Human resource planning and new hire process
  •       Responsible for Payroll and Benefits Administration
  •   Responsible for maintaining and updating all documents related to human resource function such as employee benefits, grievances, misconducts, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, termination paperwork and exist interviews.
  •     Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
  •   Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly

Job Title:  Legal Officer.
Report to: Managing Director  

Duties and responsibilities

1. Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.
2. Review current and future policies and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
3. Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
4. Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
5. Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the management’s attention.
6. Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities..
7. Coordinate with the all Heads of Departments and all Zonal manager with regard to Legal matters.
8. To attend the Court and to liaison with management for Sensitive Cases of file with and against the company

Job Title:  Internal Audit Officer (1 Post): Mbeya
Report to:  Managing Director.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Performing and maintaining control of the full audit cycle which includes financial reliability, compli¬ance with applicable regulations and directives; risk management and informing management of any issues that need addressing
2. Examine and reconciles documentation with actual reports, statements, records, memos, inventory, assets and accounts to ascertain accuracy and reporting on risk management issues to be ad¬dressed.Prepare and present reports regarding findings, including recommendations and formulating methods for increasing profits and cost saving actions.
3. Assesses best financial practices for the company and makes relevant, informed suggestions
4. Provide ad hoc advice to management and employees regarding issues found and how to remediate them.
5. Providing continued education and advice to different business units and teams regarding compli¬ance and risk assessment.
6. Conduct follow up audits to see whether the recommendations have been followed.


1. Holder of Advanced Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounts or related fields.
2. MS Office and knowledge of accounting software-QuickBooks
3. Excellent analysis and presentation skills. Should also have excellent report-writing skills. Must be able to work with little supervision.

Job Title:  Marketing Manager (1 Post) Arusha.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic and tactic marketing plans for an entire organization in line with company objectives.
2. Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
3. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
4. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
5. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
6. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
7. Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
8. Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications.
9. Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
10. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

4. Manage, audit and prepare seed processing reports.
5. Audit and prepare accounting system audit trail report
6. Support on debtor balance confirmations reports preparations
7. Provide support in stock counting and audit operations as required.
8. Perform any task assigned by the supervisor.


1. Holder of diploma and or Advanced Diploma in Accounts or related fields.
2. MS Office and knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
3. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identify niche markets within their districts and design market strategies and mix for the identified market niches.

  •     Responsible and in charge of the stocks and warehouses in his/her regions.

  • Holder of Diploma and/ or B.Sc. in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, extensions and agri-business.
